Young Artists Ambassador Program

Meet pianist Josephine Widjaja who is our Senior Intern in charge of the Classics Alive Ambassador Program.

Josephine is currently organizing ambassador concerts to raise money for Harvey victims. Contact us if you want to help.

The Classics Alive Young Artists Ambassador Program is a community engagement program which benefits seniors, children and adults with disabilities and/or long term illnesses, as well as under served segments of our population. Young musicians who are part of the Young Artists Ambassador Program are invited to showcase their talents in concerts for senior living centers, local community centers, hospitals, and libraries in their local communities.

Semi-Finalists in our annual Classics Alive National Auditions are invited to be a part of the Ambassador Program. Participation in the program is strictly voluntary and ambassadors may perform as much or as little as they desire. The program provides our young musicians with an additional opportunity to gain valuable performance experience in furthering their musical development while enriching the communities in which they live.
